I saw a DVD advert containing the Christmas episodes plus Waters of Mars in the London Metro newspaper this morning so presumably it's available to buy on the internet.

Such a pity Tim did'nt make half a dozen Bond movies. When he signed up he said he intended to make at least four. He was young enough and kept himself in good enough shape to make several.
I'm sure that as he grew more into the role he would have commanded the screen more and shown his lighter side, incorporating more humour. While at the same time keeping Bond tough. A combination of Connery & Moore.
However the six year gap saw his head being turned by other roles and he choose not to star in GE.

I suppose we are lucky to have had two Dalton films.

Here's a still of the new Doctor. What a great picture of the new Doctor Who! Does anyone know when the episodes with David Tennant and Timothy Dalton ('The End Of Time') can be seen in Canada? Is there a planned DVD release? If someone can fill me in, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks! Is Doctor Who normally on a a set time in Canada? There is always a torrent and the DVD is out.

However, there's been huge, positive feedback for 'The End Of Time Part 1 and 2'...David Tennant's swan-song, and an appearance from one of my favorite actors - Timothy Dalton...I'm ordering the DVD from Amazon!

(Dalton looked great in Dr Who, almost as if he still had a Never Say Never Again style Bond left in him. )
That may be pushing it a bit 'Gambit'. Tim is in his 60's now. Sean was only 53 when he made NSNA. Tim may be a bit old to be seen with a Kim Basinger esq babe on his arms. However there are a lot of attractive women in their 40's & 50's.
Tim would make a good Bond villan. Maybe he could play a retired former Bond who's turned bad or wants revenge for something MI6 did to him in the past. However this sounds a bit too much like GE.

Timothy did the serious Bond approach years before DC and looked far more like the classic image of 007.

Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)
Favourite Films: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter, Middle-Earth, The Matrix, Mission: Impossible

Well maybe a NSNA is pushing it but he looked pretty good at times considering. Dalton is definitely growing older in a very distinguished manner.

Tim doesn't even look like 40 when he did TLD. More like in his early 30s or even his early 20s if you ask me.
