I felt she did a good job until an abberation with Royale, so I'm not moaning at Babs Broccoli.
But who will take over from her?

I think it's a bit premature to speculate on this. Unless it's sold off BB will be in control for many years to come.

I did have a lot of respect for her, but after the Brosnon thing, not any more!

I did have a lot of respect for her, but after the Brosnon thing, not any more! Hello, I totally agree with Smartboy. Pierce Brosnan's sudden dismissal / firing by Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson was very poorly handled and executed, to say the least. God rest their souls, "Cubby" or his lovely wife Dana would've handled things with alot more professionalism and class. Sir Sean Connery, Sir Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, and even George Lazenby...all left the 007 series on their own terms. Pierce Brosnan, who brought the series back with a vengeance in 1995 after a six year hiatus, not only more than pleased faithful James Bond fans, but also brought new ones in as well. Not to mention the millions of dollars his films raked in for EON. He deserved much better than a spineless phone call saying his services were "no longer required". I'm trying desperately to give Daniel Craig his due...but I still have a very bad, lingering aftertaste of the way they gave Mr. Brosnan the boot!!! I will never forgive Miss Broccoli or Mr. Wilson for the tactless way they did things. Take Care!

I find it slightly annoying that they made four Brosnan films in about ten years but now it's all hands to the pump with Broccoli's favourite boy in the role.

Barbara wanted to use her power to choose her own Bond. Brosnan always suggested changes to the films in public which annoyed her. She delayed making a film for three or four years so people forgot Brosnan and she could say he was too old and they wanted to make changes. And she seems to have some obsession with Daniel Craig and was plotting for god knows how long to foist him onto the world.

Thank you Alec 006, Miss Broccoli not only betrayed Pierce Brosnon but she also betrayed the fans as well, she now comes across as being not to be trusted. I wait for the day she screws up! , that is really shocking for me to say as ive loved the bond films for many years.

Many fans seem to be annoyed a Barbara Broccoli over her handling of the franchise since 2002.

Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)
Favourite Films: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter, Middle-Earth, The Matrix, Mission: Impossible

Because of DC, evil has been brought to the world of Bond.

I personaly cant stand Barbara Broccoli, she comes across as very smug, her handling of Pierce since 2002 has been appalling, She has not only gone against the fans but her own father for going in a direction he didnt want to go when he was alive, i have so much respect for Cubby when he was alive, he new what the fans wanted and his idea of what Bond should be. We need someone like him back, i would sack the producers and bring someone in with a better vision, anyone but her!

When Pierce was still Bond, I have hoped that Barbara Broccoli will someday get a Special Oscar but not anymore.

It's a shame she seems to be in full control. I don't think she is that bad, it's just that she cast her close friend as James Bond and I did not like him as Bond that much.
