I noticed that at the bottom of the forum front page, it mentions members' birthdays.
Today, September 23rd, seems to be Benny's birthday - so Happy Birthday Benny.

Thanks, my friends, for the birthday greeting. But sadly, it's older but not wiser for me. My teenage kids certainly think so. To paraphrase Judi Dench in GoldenEye, if I want sarcasm, I'll talk to my kids! As for the review of QOS in November...I'll be glad to contribute my 2 cents, as the saying goes. But that means another 2 hours of Danny Craig in a darkened theater. Then again, I saw The Invasion and The Golden Compass last year, a total of 4 hours wasted in my life. At least I'm part of the crowd of 5 people who actually went to see those movies and contributed to their major box office earnings. Most of all, I believe I've given Danny Craig as much chance as possible. For QOS, I'll be going into the theater with zero hope that the guy will change my opinion. On the other hand, my greatest dread is that I'll be brainwashed by Sony's upcoming over-hype for Craig--and I'll be worshiping the guy like a deity. My wife knows what to do if that happens. Not only will she leave me, she'll have me taken away in an ambulance.

Too bad we didn't know in advance. We could've gotten you a cake with a little Daniel Craig on it. Or maybe even Craig himself to stand on it- he's probably small enough.

Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)
Favourite Films: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter, Middle-Earth, The Matrix, Mission: Impossible

And if any of you guys planning to watch QOS, I would suggest you go to this website: www.movie6.net/It's better than wasting your money watching it in theaters. As for myself, I would stay away from QOS no matter how great it's going to be. I have to admit that I have seen CR. I didn't rent it, but my dad did. From now on, I'm done with James Bond as long as DC is around.

All the praise given to Daniel Craig makes me feel I'm wrong for not liking him as much as the other Bonds. Then I see a picture or a clip of him as James Bond, and realise why I didn't enjoy his different approach to James Bond. Happy Birthday to Alec 007 today!
