This is depressing but predictable. Eon haven't got the energy or savvy to launch a new Bond era so they are just treading water by wheeling Craig out again. The worrying thing is that Craig (despite anything he might say) knows he is a complete nobody without Bond and will cling on for as many paydays as they throw at him and Barbara will happily let him continue forever. It doesn't make any sense. Are they going to revisit the Blofeld fiasco or brush it under the carpet?

BANG Showbiz | about 9 hours ago LONDON – Daniel Craig was tempted back to reprise his James Bond role because he knew it would “make history” as he would have held the milestone for 13 years in the role.
The 49-year-old actor had previously insisted he wouldn’t be making a return to the spy role but decided to sign up to another movie as he would be making history by starring in the next instalment.
A source told the New York Daily News’ Confidential column: “MGM and [Craig] had not spoken for over a year. Daniel said he was done, he meant it. She said he wasn’t, she meant it. Sure, the financial deal was interesting. He was very proud of that [13 year] milestone.”

Broccoli's latest disaster with Annette Bening went nowhere at the box office nor at the dumb awards shows! Barbara must be brooding on her throne and must consider how to feminize her Bond creation even more now.

Renfield from Dracula's new look! A few years ago Bond fans were saying that it was silly for 49 year old Pierce Brosnan to make a Bond film. Daniel Craig looks awful and is the same age as Brosnan was. It is time to relaunch the series.

Daniel Craig opened up to PEOPLE about how the iconic character will change in the wake of the #MeToo and Time’s Up movements, saying he’s moving the international spy away from his womanizing reputation. “I’ve been trying to do that gently for the past four movies and I’ll continue to do that,” Craig said at the Opportunity Network’s annual gala in New York City on Monday. The actor, 50, hinted that the upcoming Bond movie might show a new side to the spy. “We’re right in the middle of doing it,” he said.

With the upcoming Bond 25 expected to hit cinemas in November 2019, it will be a complicated time to shoot and promote such a major and time-consuming movie while also also welcoming a new child into his family. William Hill is already reducing the odds that Craig will quit as OO7. The British bookies are offering odds of 10/1 that "Daniel Craig takes no part in next Bond film."

I wish this film would just come and go and then finally we might get a new actor. I don't think it's good for the series to have one actor in the part for so long with such large gaps between his films.
