Alvin, I thought you'd left. Been busy watching QOS again, eh. Hi, I've been busy with school and volunteer work. I have QOS on blu-ray and standard DVD. But the blu-ray is killer and the movie is incredible on a big plasma TV.

Funny how the DC fansdrooled at the new attempt at a more sensitive Bond in CR. Then when he becomes a cold killing machine in QOS, they also love that.

bro, face it Casino Royale is THE BEST EVER. I really have to compliment you on your courage and honesty. I wish I had your strength to speak so boldly about Daniel Craig and the new series. But I just get too nervous even when I log into this forum. Well isn't that nice. The drooling DC fans have joined forces, reaching out to one another in their touchy feely manner. It's like the series is now run by Oprah, and all fans simply have to hug one another in their self-discovery. Sheesh, don't you have any dignity? What is this crap about Craig changing your life? He's just a friggin' actor. But clearly you've been snowed by the Eon hype machine. Question is, how many more are there like you and the linguist? No offense pal, but I'd say that in this over-populated world, you're about as significant as a group of slugs. Daniel has motivated so many people, I mean just look at us. I can tell that the same thing happened with you, that Daniel changed your life as he has changed mine. You know, my buddies feel the same way as you. They don't even mind dressing up better now and emulating Daniel's soft side like what he did in CR and QOS, showing us that his Bond is in tune with the times by being concerned with his skin care. There was a time when I taught at a college. I've encountered young people like you struggling with their sexual identity. Look, if you're dying to break out of the closet, then go ahead; you've got nothing to be ashamed of. But it's one thing to be a fan; it's another thing to be a fanatic. And it's another thing to be a wack job. Oh yeah, I forget...I remember our last dialog. You and your professor and classmates are all a bunch of Leftist progressives eager to overturn the series into effeminate glory. So now here you are touting how you and your buddies and the great linguist are motivated by Craig to use girlie cosmetics. That's ultimately your business, pal; but don't go around insisting that the Bond films need this kind of transformation with Craig.

Good for Pierce anyway for standing up for the whales at the White House the other day.

Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)
Favourite Films: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter, Middle-Earth, The Matrix, Mission: Impossible

Well you're wrong. There are a lot of us Daniel Craig fans. Daniel took the world by storm, even the media quickly changed their mind and gave an upswell of support for him, then the mood of everything changed. The media saw the Daniel Craig critics as ridiculous in their boycott. You can't deny that Daniel Craig turned everything around and became a media sensation. I actually see a similiarity with President Obama. He too is a media sensation, and everyone is just deeply moved by his presence. So Daniel is like that. I'll have you know that I'm getting close to ask out a cute girl in my class. We've been talking a lot lately and I gave her my cell phone number so I know she's bound to give hers to me. I can tell you that I'm more confident of myself because I find Daniel Craig inspiring. I'm not good at expressing what I mean in this forum. All I'm saying is that there is nothing wrong confronting your soft side. But fans like Chuck and me and my friends have seen the magic of Daniel Craig. You're still not getting it that Daniel Craig has become a liberating figure for men. Think of his approach as Bond and who he is as a man as a kind of spiritual experience. He isn't afraid to express his soft side, call it a feminine side or whatever, but that's part of being human and Daniel's Bond has synthesized that with his hard nature as a killer. I'm convinced that he and Barbara Broccoli studied the character carefully and figured out how to modernize the character. It's like a fusion of order (the feminine, metrosexual side of Daniel's Bond) with the chaos (his killer nature). It all came to me in my philosophy class when the lecture was about Nietzsche's Apollinian and Dionysian clash.

all i have to say to you alvin is grow up and be a man. you are obviously very young, so young you dont even know how to ask out a girl. a real man would have done the deed with this "cute girl" and would have lost her number by now, after all thats what bond would do.
The guy in the above picture inspires the way you dress alvin??? No wonder your having a hard time gettin the girls

I'm sure BB & MJW love it on the numerous occasions when they see DC showing everyone how not to dress.

Looking at DC out and about, you have to take those best dressed man awards with about 500 pounds of salt. I think he even make a self deprecating comment about it himself.

DC is the best dressed man when he is in a Bond movie, wearing an expensive suit or tux. However these clothes are chosen by the make up/clothes department. I've yet to see him outside a Bond movie in anything I would consider wearing.
