Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) is the second Bond film to star Pierce Brosnan. It follows Bond as he tries to stop a media mogul from engineering world events and starting World War III.

Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)

How would you make TND better?

It's not the most inspired of Bond movies; I think there were some problems with the script. But it is a Bond film and it is good fun. Pryce is a good, OTT colurful villian. Brosnan is great as always. Compared to the miserable nonsense that passes for a James Bond film nowadays, it is a classic.
Any Bond film that includes Dr. Kaufman and a remote controlled BMW has to be fun.
7/10.

Pierce said he had problems with the script. It's a shame that Pierce did not have more input. Broccoli and Craig seem really close and I get the impression that Craig has a lot of input into the production. Then again I may be slightly paranoid and Daniel Craig will complain about QOS and Barbara Broccoli in a future autobiography. Tomorrow Never Dies is a fun entry. I did like Mr Stamper.

Seven out of ten. Not my favourite of the Brosnan films but it has some great action sequences.

How would make TND better, Cpt? I'd replace that awful Pierce Brosnan. Only joking FBF. TND is a solid movie which follows Cubby Broccoli's Bond formula. It could have been a different movie. I believe there was another script which may have been superior, and Anthony Hopkins was due to play the villian.

What about expanding characterization of the villain and the Bond girls?

Seven out of ten. Not my favourite of the Brosnan films but it has some great action sequences. I'd agree with that Greg. My biggest gripe with this film is the casting of Jonathan Pryce as Elliot Carver. I simply found him way too irritating. PB delivers another top notch performance.

Hello,
'Tomorrow Never Dies' in my opinion, was a good Bond movie...not a great Bond movie.
The pre-titles sequence was absolutely superb, and the plot was decent. The remote control BMW sequence was awesome.
My biggest problems lie with the actors Pierce had to work with. (This does not include Dame Judi Dench, Samantha Bond, and Desmond Llewellyn)
Teri Hatcher was very wooden, Johnathan Pryce was a little too over the top, and as much as I respect Michelle Yeoh who is a huge star in Hong Kong, she did not belong in this movie. Her Martial Arts skills are fantastic...her acting is not. There just simply was no chemistry between her and Pierce.
Great theme song by Sheryl Crow!
7/10 for me
