Has the young Bond arc finished now as Daniel Craig's Bond is set before the Connery Bond early in Bond's career.
Will the Bond 23 see Bond meeting Q and Moneypenny for the first time?
Will Bond 23 be set later in Bond's career and if so when? During the Connery era or after Brosnan?

It would be beyond a joke if it hasn't.

Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)
Favourite Films: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter, Middle-Earth, The Matrix, Mission: Impossible

Whether Bond 23 will be more traditional than both CR and QOS or not, I hope it CRASH and BURN, especially here in the US!

To be honest I'm confused over if Craig's Bond was a young Bond in QOS or in the same timeline as Connery etc!!!!

Runours suggest that Moneypenny and Q will be introduced for the first time as young characters so perhaps Eon have gone insane and are suggesting that Craig is still a young Bond.

Skyfall is going to be a stand alone film just like The Wolverine is said to be
I bet that they will return to it and the Quantum organization in Bond 24 just as they did with Thunderball returning back to the SPECTRE storyline

I read on a forum that Skyfall will be just before Dr No. Confusing.

I read on a forum that Skyfall will be just before Dr No. Confusing. I have read too that Skyfall ends where Dr No starts (which would mean Dench's M comes back to life years later in GoldenEye), and that Craig is portraying a jaded experienced agent. So I don't think he is still a raw rookie I will no doubt try and work out the timeline if I decide to watch Skyall at some point.

Even Daniel Craig's biggest fans will admit that he is looking rather old these days. Some have suggested that he should make two more back to back because he is aging. The producers agreed and Bond was portrayed as a rather jaded older agent on Skyfall.

It's now the Burnt Out Old Bond Comes Back For One Last Mission arc for the next four Craig Bond films.
