If Daniel Craig is making the next Bond film, when will it be confirmed? Immediately before production begins. Hard to tell now what will happen, it depends on MGM and Sony they want a new Bond by 2014, EON is dragging their feet say nothing has been confirmed. It also depends how well SF does it if disappoints Craig my not want to come back and they (MGM) may not want him back.

Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)
Favourite Films: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter, Middle-Earth, The Matrix, Mission: Impossible

Bond 23 HAS and NEEDS to FAIL, both critically and financially (especially here in the US). And I can repeat this all day.

That would be so depressing if DC does a fourth.

There are rumours that Daniel Craig next two Bond films will be one story with a cliffhanger at the end of part one.

There are rumours that Daniel Craig next two Bond films will be one story with a cliffhanger at the end of part one. Then there's no point of bringing back the traditional tall and dark-haired James Bond.

I think Craig will still be Bond when he is 80.

He looks 80 now so his appearance won't make any difference.

He looks 80 now so his appearance won't make any difference. Even by his own standards he looked ancient is Skyfall. You'd think the next film would have a better than average chance of being his last.

I thought he was supposed to be some serious arty actor.

He is acclaimed as Bond and is paid about $200 million dollars for it, and cannot find any memorable roles outside of Bond - so he has retired from acting to spend more time with his cash! ;D
