I was aware of Bond and had had seen bits of movies. But seeing TSWLM for the first time on ITV in the early 80's did it for me. It was it's T.V. premiere which was a big thing back then. It had been advertised a lot and it looked like a cool film. Ten minutes into the film after the PTS and theme song i was hooked. Moore was great and the film was lavish, spectacular and exciting.

Roger's films tend to be the ones you remember watching on telly growing up. How can you forget an underwater car!

I saw CR at the cinema and loved it, I then saw all the films and read all the books and have been a fan ever since.
