Make that 4. It probably runs into millions though if the reviews were anything to go by.

This is just my feelings, but I think Paul Haggis will come to understand that QOS is an awesome movie. I mean, he did work on the script and when he looks back to it someday, he'll realize that Marc Forster's vision is too artsy and takes time for everyone to appreciate. The other night, my best friend Ron said that QOS is like a fine wine that gets better as it ages. I'll admit that we were drinking beer and celebrating at the time because his little brother graduated from high school. So I'll admit that things got emotional because of the beer-drinking. But it doesn't take away the awesome metaphor, and I bet Paul Haggis is starting to realize already that QOS is a deeply moving film. Maybe if he realized that there are other countries, lesser known countries where QOS was popular, he'll change his mind quickly. I mean, the media doesn't report this stuff, but I bet QOS was popular in a country like Serbia and got really good reviews.

I too did not care for 'Quantum Of Solace, but thought 'Casino Royale' was very well done. I quite like that film now...even though Bond's origin story was poorly pulled off. I was so excited to learn more about this mysterious 'Quantum' organization! "We have people everywhere." Mr. White says in the preview / trailer. 'Cool!' I thought. Too bad. Compared to Blofeld and S.P.E.C.T.R.E., Quantum is about as threatening and intimidating as the Muppets. Take Care!

Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)
Favourite Films: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter, Middle-Earth, The Matrix, Mission: Impossible

Don't tell me you like QOS now! Hello, FormerBondFan...have no fear! I thought 'Quantum Of Solace' was an hour and forty minutes of my life that I'll never get back. I only implied that the 'QOS'S trailer/preview did look good at the time. 'QOS' is EASILY my LEAST favorite Bond film. The only reason I saw it was because my friend Megan gave it to me as a gift while I was in hospital! Take Care!

With the exception of Connery it seems that the second film for a new actor is very difficult to pull off. LTK underperformed, TMWTGG was slated, TND was seen as weaker than GE and had script troubles. The general feeling about QOS a couple of years later speaks for itself.

The only reason I saw it was because my friend Megan gave it to me as a gift while I was in hospital! If that's the case then I hope that both CR and QOS theme songs get overdubbed by Mr. G.
