It's five years since Daniel Craig was unveiled as James Bond #6 at a strange press conference in London!

Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)
Favourite Films: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter, Middle-Earth, The Matrix, Mission: Impossible

The announcement of DC as Bond was on the same day as Rog's 78th Birthday.

Five years and counting but only 2 films with no sign of a third.

Five years and counting but only 2 films with no sign of a third. Let's hope DC era stays like this for another 2 years. Once the delay passes the year after next year, we're good.

Five years...of what is typically a seven year contract. This is the point at which fans were speculating about whether or not Brosnan would exercise his option for a fourth movie.
If they lose the chance to begin filming next year, I think it will signal the end of the Craig era. EON can't afford to wait around four or five years on an actor that just wants to commit to one film at a time.

Must still be a chance that DC walks if this drags on for much longer. I don't see the point of bringing him back about six years after QOS came out.

I hope he loses interest 2 years from now.

2012? They'll be lucky to make that at the moment. They don't have a script or a studio!
