Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)
Favourite Films: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter, Middle-Earth, The Matrix, Mission: Impossible

CR was supposed to be a 'Bond Begins' story with a rookie Bond. This was explained by the fact that Bond makes some mistakes. Apart from losing at cards (before winning) and needing some help after being drugged, he did'nt seem like a rookie at all. Running through walls, jumping off cranes and getting it on with two babes. A 40 year old rookie is also unrealistic. What was he doing the previous 20 years, working in 'Tescos' ?. Did'nt seem like much of a rookie to me. Batman reboot is much better than the James Bond reboot.

The only problem I have with CR/QOS is the whole reboot. It's as if old Bond is gone forever. I still have my random made-up continuity which I watch my Bond films so that CR fits in though ;D Daniel Craig playing a rookie Bond was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. With Quantum of Solace starting 20 mins after the end of Casino Royale this strange concept is continuing into a second Bond film. Welcome to the forum.

That's a good point. I'm sure all will be explained in the film.

Judging by Another Way To Die, I can confirm that Quantum is indeed cursed!

James Bond actors, 1) Sean Connery 3) Roger Moore, 5) Pierce Brosnan are considered huge money makers and playing everyone's favorite British Agent. Funny, that seems to be the same case with Daniel Craig as Bond at the moment.
