What do you think it'll be rated in the UK. The trailer which only lasted 2mins was rated 12A so I'll go one step higher with 15, according to Empire it is 'The Bloodiest Bond Ever'

Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)
Favourite Films: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter, Middle-Earth, The Matrix, Mission: Impossible

It sounds like Rambo to me.

I don't think Eon would allow a Bond film to get a 15 again. LTK got a 15 and they were very annoyed. The 'Bloodiest Bond Ever!' is just an Empire tagline. I have the Empire Die Another Day special from 2002 and the tagline on the cover is 'Best Bond Ever!'. I haven't read the latest QOS Empire special but I'd hazard a guess that if Die Another Day is mentioned at all, they're now telling us it was shite.

Actually few of the other Bond films are mentioned at all (BTW, what were the 'Empire' star ratings for DAD?)

They didn't review the film in this issue, just as QoS isn't reviewed in the latest Empire. But it was full of 'Brosnan is the best Bond since Connery' praise and hype. Pretty much the same sort of stuff they roll out for Craig now and will inevitably roll out for the next Bond actor. I think DAD got 3 out of five when it was reviewed in Empire. GE got 4 out of five. I missed TND, TWINE and didn't bother buying any magazines for CR.

If QOS is supposed to be 'the bloodiest ever' it should be a 15. Especially as LTK was a 15. If it is a 12A, it basically means a film made 19 years earlier is more bloody. However the producers will try to get a 12A certificate to improve it's box office.

It will be a 12A to get a bigger box office. QOS may get a bigger box office in the UK and the rest of world but not here in the US.

This film won't be a 15. Eon will make cuts to avoid that if they have to.
