Hello, This isn't the first time I've heard about Daniel Craig not being the easiest chap to interview. One incident I read about came from GQ Magazine...the fellow who was doing the 'Man Of The Year' interview with Craig found him very cold, with Daniel exuding a 'Can we just get down to it' attitude shortly after he had sat down with the interviewer. This next article comes from a recent newsletter from the James Bond International Fan Club. It talks of an incident even more disturbing than Craig treating the GQ interviewer like a third class citizen: Daniel Craig 'tricky to interview'
Broadcaster Kay Burley has claimed that Daniel Craig can be difficult to interview after they had a disagreement during the promotion of Casino Royale.
The Sky News presenter told Metro that the Bond actor got upset with her during their discussion when she brought up the issue of bullying.
Burley said: "Daniel Craig is tricky. I interviewed him about Casino Royale and read that he was bullied at school.
"And at that time my son was having a hard time at school so I said to him: 'I know you were bullied at school but look at you now, being a big, tough-guy James Bond - what would you say to other people in that position?'"
She added: "He went absolutely mad and I couldn't understand why he was so cross. He thought I was trying to catch him out." There were are so many ways Daniel Craig could've handled this instead of completely losing it. For instance, responses like: "I think we all get picked on at some point in our lives, but as you get older, you have more confidence in yourself and you deal with it." "Keep your chin up...one day you'll get the last laugh." "I'd rather just stick to talking about the movie, if that's alright." All I'm going to say about Daniel Craig is he should show more maturity and respect when being interviewed. I don't think he realizes these people are here to talk to and help promote him...and by being smug or having an outburst he's just biting the hand that feeds him. Mind your 'P's and 'Q's, Daniel...and your PR!!!

Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)
Favourite Films: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter, Middle-Earth, The Matrix, Mission: Impossible

Pierce was bullied when he was school as well.

Craig is quite private and shy I think. He's more like Timothy Dalton in that respect. Not great doing interviews on things like Letterman.

That's why I'm surprised at the prospects of him making 5 or 6 Bonds. He does not like too many interviews but there is always a six month PR campaign to do for the Bond actor when a new film is released.

Craig certainly likes swearing in his interviews.
