Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)
Favourite Films: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter, Middle-Earth, The Matrix, Mission: Impossible

I would be interested of seeing Tarantino making an unofficial Bond with Carrot Top playing the British spy.

Here's a snippit from 2005 - showbiz.sky.com/Tarantino-Bond-Dead-After-BrosnanTarantino: Bond Dead After Brosnan 11:33AM, Mar 14, 2005 Quentin Tarantino at London's Empire AwardsQuentin Tarantino has declared Jame Bond dead after Pierce Brosnan was dumped from the role as 007. The Kill Bill director declared: "Once I heard Brosnan isn't going to be doing any more Bond films, that killed it as far as I was concerned." Tarantino has made no secret that he wanted to make the next Bond offering, a remake of the 60s spoof Casino Royale. But the film is going ahead with neither Tarantino nor Brosnan. British actor Clive Owen, who recently starred in Closer, is among the favourites to take over the coveted role. Tarantino said: "I would have liked to have done Casino Royale with Pierce Brosnan. "Over the course of time he's really proven himself to me as the James Bond for this generation. "He can really pull off that '60s thing that Casino Royale would have - it's not just about a guy trying to take over the world, with speeding trains and action sequences, it should be more like the book." Casino Royale was author Ian Fleming's first Bond book and is one of Tarantino's all-time favourites. "If they are going to do the book I can't imagine why they won't hire me since I like it so much," added Tarantino, who was at the Empire Awards in London. The Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs director also revealed that his favourite film of 2004 was low budget British zombie comedy Shaun of the Dead.

This director Tarentino is just angry that he never got to direct a Bond movie. There's no way that Bond is dead after Pierce Brosnan. But my feeling is that the series will die if Daniel Craig walks away from it. I can only see it going on if Daniel is made a co-producer or if goes on to direct Bond movies. My buddies and I were talking about this the other night, and we realized that Daniel is the true savior of the series. It was a really heartfelt discussion.

Tarantino couldn't have worked with Barbara and Eon. They like control over the Bond films and plenty of input and it would have driven QT crackers.
