He seems more interested in comedy and drama now. Percy Jackson was the Harry Potter clone? Didn't sound very good.

Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)
Favourite Films: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter, Middle-Earth, The Matrix, Mission: Impossible

He seems more interested in comedy and drama now. But unfortunately, neither of his films in those genre don't get enough recognition, especially from the Oscars. It's better if he does epic films, like those in the fantasy realm.

I wish they had made a 5th Pierce 007 film.
Filmed back-to-back, the 20th film released in 2001 and a 40th anniversary film released in 2002.
Simply just have made one last film in 2004. It could have an agreement like Sean Connery did when he made Diamonds Are Forever that it would be his last.
Connery and Lazenby had 7 Moore had 7 Dalton and Pierce "should" have had 7
I wouldn't care as much had they made one with Dalton or Pierce in 1992 for the 30th anniversary but this was there chance to make up for it.
If it weren't for that Remington Steele contract.

Pierce was always called the best Bond since Connery so I don't know why he did not make one more.

Barbara probably already had Craig lined up.

Brosnan had to go sooner or later they just picked the wrong person to replace him.

Brosnan had to go sooner or later they just picked the wrong person to replace him. The worst thing EON did was wasting Pierce's potential to develop his own Bond, and GE was his only great Bond.

I'd agree that the Brosnan films could have been a lot better. The whole series has taken a turn for the worse since the kids took over the madhouse.

Let's hope Bond 23: Nothing Special fails miserably worse than QOS as well as receive no attention from high profile American movie awards, especially the Oscars (not even a single nomination in the technical category). Otherwise, Pierce's unfair dismissal from Bond will be in vain.
