Knocking 10 points off each one would be a good idea Dr Fanshawe.

I'm looking forward to seeing Bernie Sampson. Now they do not really make James Bond films there is a gap in the market!

Thought Rog still looked good in O. The film was portraying Bond as a more mature spy. Maud Adams was a suitable older leading lady. He'd taken time off after FYEO and looked rejuvenated. After 10 years as Bond he strolled around and handled the part with aplomb. But still jumped around a bit & threw a few punches. His autobiography says he retired after O, only to get a phone call from Cubby Brocoli asking him to star in AVTAK. What a pity as in AVTAK he looked too old. Roger appearing in AVTAK just shows how popular he was - Cubby was not willing to gamble on someone else. I still love the film although Roger was getting on a bit. Just think, Daniel craig could still be making Bond films in 15 years. There's a thought!

artsbeat.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/08/10/michael-jackson-film-to-be-released-in-october/?partner=rss&emc=rssAugust 10, 2009, 3:54 pm Michael Jackson Film to Be Released in OctoberBy Ben Sisario Hours after a judge in Los Angeles approved a deal for a movie using footage of Michael Jackson’s concert rehearsals, Sony announced that the film, “This Is It,” would be released on Oct. 30 in theaters around the world. Named after Mr. Jackson’s planned 50-date engagement in London, the film is to include scenes of Mr. Jackson rehearsing at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, along with a career retrospective and interviews with friends and collaborators, and parts of it will be in 3-D, the announcement said.
Sony paid $60 million to make the film, as part of a deal between the studio, the Jackson estate and AEG Live, the concert promoter, which shot the rehearsals. Until permanent executors are confirmed, Judge Mitchell Beckloff of Los Angeles Superior Court must approve deals made by the interim administrators, John Branca and John McClain. The two were named as executors in Mr. Jackson’s will. Are you looking forward to that FBF? I see Mark Lester has claimed that Jacko's children are his!

Wouldn't be better if Martin Campbell did the directing? I didn't mind the directing. The Ice Palace should have featured in the ending of the film as it was a splendid location. Bond could have stormed it with some snow troops and that would have been better than the aeroplane fight.

And probably a manic depressive, considering her antics on how she approached the Bond casting and what she eventually settled for with her vision of Bond. The following picture reminds us of what a bizarro choice she's made. Her James Bond has been spotted vacationing in the Siberian countryside. Wait...it's Craig's twin brother Vladimir Putin. This is from an article on Vlad's vacation, but when I saw the photo on Drudge I really thought for a moment that it was Craig. You got to give Vlady some credit though, because for a 57-year old guy he looks younger than Craig. (But this Putin-look for Bond has got to go.) www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/europe/article6738969.eceThat would make a splendid desktop wallpaper for BJMDDS or atticus!

People had been turning against Pierce ever since before DC was cast in CR. There did not seem to be that much criticism of Brosnan when he was Bond. There are always some critics of the films: some hardliners think that the From Russia With Love film is an insult to the work of Ian Fleming!
