21 Casino Royale 1 The Spy Who Loved Me. Same for me here. Plus, as I'm Bond heretic with no taste (or even a caveman, according to one pro-Craiger on Youtube), I'd place the most hated outings: DAD, AVTAK, TMWTGG very high on my list. |

Did'nt know DAD was hated so much. It had Pierce's best perfomance, a good PTS and Bond getting tortured, 'Q', Moneypenny. Even Judi Dench did'nt get on my nerves. It lost it's way half way through but still gave us some spectacular action.
Also surprised to see CR so high. I thought this was a site that basically did'nt like Craig or the reboot.

I thought this was a site that basically did'nt like Craig or the reboot. Don't tell me I'm not welcomed.    I consider Die Another Day the worst mostly because most of the vital points are just plain bad. Worst directing, acting, writing, editing, music, ect. A lethal combination. I used to consider A View to a Kill the worst but then it hit me that the one thing worthwhile in it is of course the great John Barry! That guy could go to the crapper and make a good tune out of it. So for that reason, AVTAK edges DAD out for me. I try to think of a better composer than David Arnold who could take over for the Bond music and all I can think of is Jonny Greenwood. There's not a lot of great composers today who've reached the caliber of John Barry, John Williams, Jerry Goldsmith, Bernard Herrmann, ect. But I suppose this topic on music is for another thread. |

The site is open to all Bond fans and all tastes. However, the majority of fans on here do have issues with the current incumbent and direction. The diversity of the forum keeps it fresh and there is a genuine respect amongst members. I simply love the fact TSWLM is the top rated Bond film so far from our polls. Can't imagine that would be the case of any other Bond forum. |

I also welcome any fans of the Bond reboot to the site. Be interesting to hear their views. The pro Bond sites I have looked at just say 'Craig Rocks' and that's it. Be good to hear more substantive views.
