Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)
Favourite Films: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter, Middle-Earth, The Matrix, Mission: Impossible

I'm sure people are allowed to make films and call themselves James. Maybe Brosnan could make a film where he's just called James, or John Bond etc. Pierce Brosnan is Back as Razzies Bond ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Does that mean you would rather want Steven Seagal to play Bond instead of Pierce?

I don't believe that Brosnan is Marlon Brando but he had a pretty good career while he was Bond with some big popcorn films like Dante's Peak, Thomas Crown and some smaller films with his own production company. DC's career outside of Bond is a complete joke currently (some would say it's a joke inside Bond after QoS) and, a five minute CGI cameo in Tintin aside, he seems to have sweet FA planned for the future apart from Bond 23, should Eon decide to inflict that upon us soon.

One more film and Craig has done more Bonds than Timothy Dalton, which is annoying.

I can only envisage Craig leaving the role if one of his Bonds suffers a box office disaster. Bond always manages to pull in the audiences so I can't see a Bond film flopping.

Dalton's tenure was shortened by the legal problems but, yes, it is annoying to think Daniel Craig will have made more James Bond films than Dalton when Bond 23 comes out.

He'll be one behind Brosnan after the next one. Strange really when Brosnan was a viable Bond from the early eighties to about 2005.

I remember watching a Bond Bafta tribute in 2002 just after DAD came out. Brosnan said he had already said 'yes' to making a fifth Bond movie. He did'nt say he had agreed to a sixth saying that was too far ahead. What a pity we did'nt get to see him in a gritty fifth, or even sixth.
Seven Bond movies in 12 years under Moore. Seven Bond movies in ten years under Connery & Lazenby. Those were the days. A lot of people expected Dalton to make half a dozen Bond movies. He was only 40 when he got the part. Brosnan was a youthful 42, surely he would make 6 Bond movies. Alas, our dreams never came true.
