Candidates for James Bond #7 all have the Bond look of Connery or Brosnan and the classical Bond look. But as Daniel Craig is the popular of image of Bond today will the next James bond have to look like him?

Surely BB is'nt going to risk appointing a Daniel Craig mark two. All the negative publicity the Bond machine has had to continually defend as well as continually 'big up' Daniel Craig must have cost them millions.
Even good publicity such as 'Craig proves critics wrong' etc is still highlighting that people are not happy with his appointment.
Maybe BB did'nt expect such a backlash. Daniel Craig himself admitted he was 'surprised' at the negative reception to his casting.
Anyway, everyone makes mistakes and I'm sure she won't make the same one again. Will she ?

Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)
Favourite Films: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter, Middle-Earth, The Matrix, Mission: Impossible

We need to go back to the classic Bond look for actor number 7. Yes we do. Dark hair and 6'2'' are the important factors. As for nationality, I don't care, but as long as he does a perfect English accent, I'm good. Oh.....Bond should be white as always, especially when there's 7th man on the way.

And also.....when the 7th Bond comes, it's best if we keep the movies a balance between realism and escapism.

It's odd that these gentleman are able to make a living as James Bond lookalikes at the moment: Cubby Broccoli always had a few actors on standby for Bond. I wonder if Barbara has any actors on standby, and if so, are they Craigalikes.

Sam Worthington is a favoured candidate to be the next Bond. He looks a bit like Daniel Craig as he always has a light coloured crew cut.

Do you guys mind if Bond has a ponytail? Absolute not for Bond #7 but for Bond #8.

No, I don't think a ponytail is ever something we want to see on James Bond. It doesn't really suit the character.
