2012 would be a good year for a Bond reboot.

Favourite James Bond Films: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible and any upcoming action films starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good because he'll need it to expand his reputation as an actor, especially in the action realm)
Favourite Films: Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Star Trek, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Harry Potter, Middle-Earth, The Matrix, Mission: Impossible

I would be happy for DC, Judi Dench, Purvis and Wade, and David Arnold to leave the franchise. And Daniel Kleinman should come back because the title sequence for Quantum of Solace was very bad.

No offense to Kleinman and as much I love the title sequence from him, I want him to leave as well. The 2nd Bond reboot should have a completely new team consisting of both cast and crew just like we have with the Cape Crusader (excluding the executive producers) and Trek (save for Nimoy as Old Spock).

The trouble is that Barbara will just hire mostly the same people again.

The only problem is she'd have to fire herself as she owns the franchise.

MGW is about 70 but Barbara is still very young for a producer. I'm afraid she'll be running the show for many years to come.

Barbara is about 25 years younger than Michael so it would be a long break.

I want many more Bond films but just not like QoS and hopefully with a new actor in the part. A new studio would, you'd guess, want more continuity in the franchise and more regular releases. EON have made 3 Bond films in the last ten years and there is no sign on the horizon of the next one.

So you want them to stop making Bond films just because you don't like Daniel Craig?

Godzilla is in the sleeping mode now, and it will unleashed terror back in the theaters in a few years. Bond should do what Big-G does right now.
