Arnold Vosloo could be great... Welcome to the forum. I agree Vosloo would make a 'good' bad guy.

David Arnold does not have a distinctive sound. I think Arnold is good. The bigger problem for him, is that Barry was great. The non Barry scores just don't seem to deliver, apart from Martin's wonderful score for LALD.

Muse would do a good Bond theme but I doubt they'll be asked. Or be interested. Hey, I'm listening to Muse right now! "Time is Running Out" currently playing. It'd wouldn't make a terrible Bond theme in its own right! I think a Muse Bond theme would be fantastic! I'm still pissed of that KD Lang's "Surrender" was played at over the end credits of Tomorrow Never Dies. It SO should've been the theme. Muse are very unique and rather quirky. They could well be a good choice. I actually enjoyed Chris Cornell's theme for CR. It was the best Bond theme since GE for me.

Who do you think will get the coveted prize of singing the next Bond theme and what style do you think it will be in?

Muse would do a good Bond theme but I doubt they'll be asked. Or be interested. Muse are a class act. It would be nice if they did work on the new theme.

I hope the rumours of Amy (I always seem spaced out) Whinehouse does not get to sing the theme. I thought Cornell did a good job, the best theme since Goldeneye for me.
Not sure who I'd go for, but I'm sure EON can do better than the Wine'o.

It would be ridiculously stupid if DC stays as Bond for another 10 years. He looks old now, so in 10 years he could look like Moore did in AVTAK.

I think it's more of a stepping stone to him than a passion. He does not like who Bond is. Starting with Connery all of the actors liked Bond and loved being him. Except for maybe Lazenby. I don't think Craig will want to be associated with Bond for much longer. I think Craig considers Bond to be 'Just another role'. I'm not saying he's not proud to be 007, because I'm sure he is. I do feel that DC does not wish to be typecast, so I would not imagine him wanting to continue in the role after Bond 23.

Swiss director Marc Forster has signed to direct the next James Bond film. His films include Monster's Ball - which won an Oscar for Halle Berry - and Finding Neverland. Other credits include Stay and Will Ferrell comedy Stranger Than Fiction. He hasn't directed an action film before. I think Monsters Ball proved he is a good character driven director, whether this is the right direction for the Bond franchise remains to be seen.

Hello, Adam Rapoport, who did the GQ interview with Daniel, writes: "The door from the sidewalk opened, and Craig made his way up the stairs, sunglasses in hand, wearing a pair of beat-up Levi's, a distressed James Perse T-shirt, and the kind of no-nonsense stare that said, "Let's do this thing and get it over with." Or more specifically, I believe the Briticism he employed was "Let's crack at it." And so we sat down, got the tape recorder out, and started cracking. Was he difficult? Maybe a bit. Challenging? Absolutely. Particular? No doubt." Now I'm REALLY friggin' p#@%ed off! I'd like to gag Daniel with a pair of Pierce Brosnan's dirty socks!!!!!!!! If the information stated is correct, It clearly shows Craig's lack of class and charisma, something which was very evident in CR.

I actually own a couple of HIM's albums and they are fairly good IMO. Not sure they are right for Bond as they are similar in style to Cornell.

Rog is looking good for his age. He always has. Compare a youthful Moore in LALD to Craig in CR.
